Obituary of Barbara L. Fink

Port Allegany - Barbara L. Fink, lovingly known as "Lollie", 74, of Port Allegany, passed away on Saturday (April 4, 2015) in the Cole Memorial Hospital, Coudersport. She was born May 24, 1940 in Coudersport, a daughter of Robert and Mabel Berton Schoonover. On April 12, 1960, in the Port Allegany United Methodist Church, she married Lester L. Saulter, who died on March 24, 1986. She then married Lloyd Fink on May 19, 1989, in Olean, NY, who survives. Mrs. Fink was a graduate of Port Allegany High School and worked for the Port Allegany Borough as secretary, water & sewer clerk, and local service tax collector for 29 years, retiring on March 31, 2012. She enjoyed camping, motorcycle riding, gardening, and loved spending time with her grandchildren and friends. In addition to her husband, Lloyd, she is survived by: two sons: Kirt (Cindy) Saulter of Brownsville, PA and Kevin (Coleen) Saulter of Port Allegany one daughter: Michele (Rob) Rittberg of Port Allegany a step son: Lloyd Fink, Jr. of Washington state one grandson: Tony (Jacinda) Haskins three granddaughters: Lauren, Noelle, And Kaitlyn Saulter. She was preceded in death by her parents and first husband. There will be no visitation. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, April 9, at 11 A.M., in the Hartle-Tarbox Funeral Homes, Inc, Port Allegany, with the Rev. Randall Headley, pastor of the United Methodist Church of Port Allegany, officiating. Memorials, if desired, may be made to the Port Allegany Fire Department or the Port Allegany Ambulance Service.
