Obituary of Neal D. Clark

Smethport - Neal D. Clark, 61, of Gifford, died unexpectedly, Friday (September 26, 2014), at his residence in Gifford. He was born April 7, 1953 in Bremerton, Washington, a son of Byron and Constance L. Dramer Clark. On June 14, 1986, in the United Methodist Church of Smethport, he married Sandra D. Flickinger, who survives. Mr. Clark was a graduate of A.C. Valley High School of Foxburg, PA and attended Slippery Rock University. Neal worked in the lab at International Waxes of Farmers Valley, PA. He was a member of the National Rifle Association and a member of the United States Golf Association (USGA). In addition to his wife, he is survived by: one son: Benjamin Ruggles of DuBois, PA one sister: Shereen (Terry) Stiehler of Karns City, PA one brother: Kevin (Penny) Clark of Parker, PA, and nephews Patrick (Michelle) Clark of West Sunbury, PA and Terry (Lisa) Stiehler of Butler, PA, Matthew and Joshua Flickinger of Mt. Jewett, PA and niece: Marcy Flickinger of Mt. Jewett, PA. He was preceded in death by his parents. There will be no visitation. A memorial service will be held Saturday, October 4 at 11:00 am from the Hilltop Baptist Church, Gifford, with the Rev. Max Simms, pastor, officiating.
