Obituary of Mary L. Cieslewicz

White Oak - Mary L. Cieslewicz, 83, of DuBois, PA, formerly of McKeesport, died Friday (July 6, 2012) in Christ the King Manor, DuBois, PA. She was born March 12, 1929 in McKeesport, a daughter of Fiore and Electra Ferrone DeJulius. On August 29, 1949, in Glassport, PA, she married Vincent Paul Cieslewicz, Sr., who died January 15, 2010. Mrs. Cieslewicz was a graduate of Glassport High School and was a former employee of DeJulius & Company. For the majority of her life, she was a homemaker tending to the needs of her family. She is survived by one daughter: Linda M. (Alain Peyron) Bechtel of Cincinnati, OH three sons: Rev. Vincent P. (Wendy) Cieslewicz, Jr. of Smethport, PA, Mark W. (Mary Jo) Cieslewicz of Greenock, PA, Jeffrey (Roseann) Cieslewicz, Sr. of North Huntingdon, PA Eleven grandchildren: Vincent P. (Nicole) Cieslewicz, III, Katie, Matthew, and Sara Cieslewicz, Jeff (Catrina) Bechtel, Roland (Gloria) Bechtel, IV, Joseph Bechtel, Elizabeth (Frank) Izzo, Jean'Paul Peyron, Jeffrey Cieslewicz, Jr., and Gina (Ken) Carl 10 great grandchildren one sister: Marlene Raszewski of McKeesport, PA, and a sister-in-law, Mary DeJulius of Glassport, PA, and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by 3 brothers. Visitation will be held on Monday from 2-4 and 6-8 P.M. at the Jennifer S. Jordan Funeral Home, Inc., 1638 Lincoln Way, White Oak, PA. A Mass of Christian Burial will be said on Tuesday, at 10 A.M., at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, North Huntingdon, PA, with the Rev. Vincent P. Cieslwicz, Jr. as Celebrant and the Rev. Leonard Stoviak, pastor as Concelebrant. Entombment will be at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery & Mausoleum, North Versailles, PA.
