I am Truely saddened. Mike was a great friend to me, I had also considered him as family. To Wanda and the Duffy family there are no words that can be said to how great a loss this is to all who knew Mike, most of all to your family. Mike will always be loved and even more Truely missed by me, just know that I am there for all of you. I pray the lord will comfort and guide you to find his loving peace .

Mike and I grew up as brothers. To many memories for just one. I remeber when we hitch hiked from Port to Smethport when we were 12, and Fathead beat us both. Or when we skipped school and stayed at Rose Hill cemetary half the day. But most of all, it didnt matter when ever I saw him, it was always as a brother. I am going to miss him, already do. Why he got to go so soon? Nannigan!

May you see God's light on the path ahead
When the road you walk is dark.
May you always hear,
Even in your hour of sorrow,
The gentle singing of the lark.

So sorry for your loss. my father was Carl Marcy sr. And I know he thought of him highly and would be very sad. I met Mr Duffy and wife in Feb 2011 when my father was in the hospital in fla. it was a pleasure meeting both Mike and his wife as I had heard so many great things about the Duffy family from my father. I always respected my fathers opinion of people.

Everyone who knew you, loved you.Your smile was enough to make my day. You were the best man I ever knew.I hope that I make you as proud of me as I am of you, and I hope that someday I am half as amazing as you are. Thanks for always being there for me and thanks for saving me from the car wash uncle piggy.Thank you for everything you did for me dad, I love you. love always kitty

Mikey, there are two things I don't do: answer phone calls and hug people but you were always the exception. It never mattered who I was with or what I was doing; if you showed up with your big ol' smile, you got a hug. You had such a warm and loving embrace that I always looked forward to seeing you, that's what I will miss most. That and your enthusiasm for anything that us kids were doing. You couldn't wait to get involved and tell us how proud of us you were. You were the person who saw potential in people that they were incapable of seeing in themselves. I am so thankful to have had you in my life. I love you so much.

When I first met Mike (through waitressing) I knew him as the "nice" Duffy! Then as I knew him better, he was just Mike:) He was a wonderful person! Hard working, handsome, funny, and most of all a family man. Of all the things I will remember him for, the love he had for his family is what I will remember most. Our loss is definately Heavens gain. If I'm lucky enough, I'll see him again on the other side, until then, he will be missed. We ALL gained a Guardian Angel.....Rest in Peace, Mikey!
