Obituary of Eva K. Howard

Smethport - Eva Katherine Howard, 93, of Smethport, PA, died Wednesday (September 7, 2011) in the Sena Kean Manor, Smethport. She was born April 28, 1918 in Betula, PA. On November 16, 1936, in Olean, NY, she married Clifton L. Howard, who died May 25, 2001. Mrs. Howard attended Norwich schools and was a housewife tending to the needs of her family. She is survived by two sons: Norman L. (Bonnie) Howard of Coleville, PA, and Dale A. Howard of Wilcox, PA 7 Grandchildren, and several great grandchildren. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by1 brother and 4 sisters. There will be no visitation. A funeral service will be held Friday, September 9 at 1:00 pm from the Hartle-Tarbox Funeral Homes, Inc., Smethport, with the Rev. Max Simms, pastor of the Hilltop Baptist Church, officiating.
