Francis was my friend and neighbor for many many years. I will always remember his constant smile and positive attitude, which was especially evident when he was riding his 4-wheeler on the flats near the river. It was always a pleasure to stop and talk to him. He was a man you could always count on for good advice and consultation. We will miss you, Francis.
