We have had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Dibble's daughter Lou when we came to the Smethport Museum in April 2010. We know that he will be missed by many.
We pray for the "peace that passes understanding' that God provides will fill all Mr. Dibble's loved ones.

I'm sorry to hear about "Mr. Terrible's" passing. I found him very interesting when he first started talking to me at the Jubilee around 1995...He never changed his story, always terrible. Thinking of you all with your loss.

I remember when I first met Mr Dibble as a kid he scared the daylights of me. I both revered and feared him as his family showed such great love and repsect for him. I knew he was not crazy about some of my wild young ways, but I am very grateful he let me hang around, because when you were friends with one Dibble, you were friends with them all. What a great family and what a testimony of Mr. Dibble's life. I am so sorry for your loss.
Over the years I will forever remember Mr. Dibble telling me how "terrible" he was each time I would see him. This was everytime without fail. I do remember the last time I ran into Mr. and Mrs. Dibble, it was at the Old Library Restaurant. When I asked Mr. Dibble how he was doing he of course told me "terrible", but that time he handed me a pencil
;-) What a wonderful colorful man. Rest with God Mr. Dibble.

One of the strongest and most brave men I ever met. I am proud to call Mr. Terrible my Grandfather. He has left me with wonderful memories that I will forever cherish. When I walk across the stage this Saturday afternoon to receive my diploma, I know he will be watching over me. He was always so very proud of my accomplishments and pushed me to always to my very best throughout college. I love you, Grandpa!! -Urk

To the Family of "Mr. Terrible",
I had the honor and the pleasure of meeting Mr. T. several months ago when he became an Occupational Therapy client of mine at CCMH. What fun! He worked hard everyday in order to play cards at the end of the session. There was always a glimmer of impishness and a smart alec word for all of us. I have one of his orange pencils displayed on my desk. I was so glad to hear he had gone home. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.
