Obituary of Bruce D. Fuller

Smethport - Bruce D. “Bruno” Fuller, 72, of Hazel Hurst, passed away Friday (April 14, 2023).

 

He was born February 19, 1951 in Port Allegany, the son of William and Delores (Walton) Fuller . In the summer of 1997, he married Margaret J. Silvis, who survives.

 

Bruce attended Kane area schools and was employed by Metric Construction of Louisiana.

 

He enjoyed fishing and working on all his neighbors cars when they needed a hand.

 

In addition to his wife, he is survived by:

One son: Michael Causer of Hazel Hurst

Seven daughters:  Amy (John) Guras of James City, Angela (Larry) Dinger, Candy (Todd) Jackson and Sonja Hillyard, all of Mt Jewett, Holly Prati of Lewis Run, April (Tony) Ray and Sarah (Duane) Erway, both of Kane

Many grandchildren and several great grandchildren

One brother:  James Fuller of Kane

And several nieces and nephews, along with his furry companion, “Izzy” that he adored.

 

In addition to his parents, Bruce was preceded in death by a son, Mark Fuller, one brother, William Fuller and a sister, Paula Fuller.

 

At Bruce’s request, there will be a celebration of his life at a later date.
