Lew, Thank you for being a Great Friend and Co-worker. You were missed when you left for Westfield, but I knew you wanted to be closer to your family. I was once again blessed when you joined our Technical Operations team. Man, we have fixed a bunch of Airplanes in 11 years. My son asked me the other day, when can we go throw axes with Lew again? That was fun I don't call too many people my friend, but you are one of those people that I did. You will be missed but not forgotten. To Lew's family, I'm sorry this day has happened. I wish it was a bad dream that we all could wake from. Lew, I lost a friend but gained a brother in Heaven. I know I will see you again my friend.

Lewis and I worked together in Savannah. When I was new, he’s one of the leads that helped me grow. I missed him when I moved away but I always thought I would see him again. This is a loss for everyone.

To the family and friends of Lew, I was a technician that worked under Lew at Gulfstream in Westfield, MA and he was the best lead I’ve ever had. He was a mentor, a friend, and an amazing person. He gave me direction and passion for my field. I am so lucky to have met and worked with him so early into my career. When he got the job for Tech Ops, I was excited with him, I couldn’t imagine a smarter more deserving person to fit that job than him. He was the life of the party and someone I looked up to, and considered a great friend. Rest easy Lew, take care.
