I have such wonderful memories of Uncle Claud when I was growing up in Roulette. Uncle Claud and Aunt Donna were like a second set of parents to Sherry and me and Claud, Chuck, Deb, and Barb were as close to us as brothers and sisters. As sad as his passing makes me - I am so happy that he is now with Aunt Donna and mom and so many of our family that has passed! I will always think of my talks with Granda on the phone. We always talked about the weather, tv shows, and how school was going for me. The detail that Grandpa put into the Santa Claus figurines is amazing. I will think of him whenever I see them. I think that I inherited my interest in cars from him as well. I loved lookng at his Thunderbird. I know that he is at peace now with my grandma. I love you grandpa.

Dear Knight Family,
Very sorry to hear of Claud's passing.
At one time he use to call from me from time to time, but I didn't hear from him in a long time, although I had ask about him, I couldn't get any information, i guess I didn't ask the right people.

Through the years I remember grandpa "teaching" me to play the organ, though I am pretty sure I always played my own tune and he acted like I never missed a beat. I used to pretend I was sick so I could go hang out with him all day instead of going to school. I remember going to car shows to see him, and he occasionally let me ride in his '62 T-Bird; his pride and joy. I am so sad I won't be able to attend his memorial services this weekend, but I will be thinking of my family and will be there in spirit. Rest in peace, Grandpa. I love you.
