So very sorry to hear of Joe's passing. I got to know Joe when I did work for the Bradford Airport and later we served together on the UPB Board. I always sought him out at UPB events as I sincerely enjoyed talking to him. A great guy! My deepest condolences to the family.

I grew up with Joe on the east side of Warren and I remember him as always being kind and nice to everyone. His smile and laugh were infectious, and I doubt he ever had an enemy. He was a gentleman, even as a teenager! My condolences to Joe’s family and friends and my prayer is that Joe will Rest In Peace.

Joe was a neighbor, friend, and a Warren Area High School classmate. Joe was everyones' friend. His warmhearted personality contributed to the nature of our high school. Seem to me, that Joe had a work conflict during the school play, "The Crucible." He chose to continue with the play and take the work loss. Faithful to his friends, to his school even when it cost him personally. My prayers to his wife and family.

My sincere and heartfelt condolences to Sue and the family. I remember Joe from high school as a friendly, well liked, honest, and intelligent good guy. He was quiet and always seemed to have a smile for anyone and everyone. Joe will be missed by his classmates and friends for his accomplishments and his support of the communities in which he lived. May Joe's family find the strength and faith to get through this loss. Prayers for the entire family.
