Port Allegany - Sandra A. Phillips, 73, of, Roulette, Passed away Monday (November 9, 2020) in the Lakeview Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center, Smethport.
She was born Apr 12, 1947 in North Tonawanda, a daughter of James L.and Geraldine Alstrom Hicks, Sr..
Sandrs was a graduate of Long island Girls School. She work as a waitress at the ABC Restaurant in burtville and was a homemaker. She was a member of the DAR.
She is survived by a daughter Charlene Blose of Roulete
A brother Lewis Hicks Jr. of Jacksonville Fl.
A half brother Shawn Hicks of Tonawanda NY and a half sister Sue Hicks of Charlottesville NC.
She was preceded in death by her parents
