To Family and Friends,
Harold was everything we could have asked for when he joined our department. He was dedicated, compassionate, and most of all a wonderful friend. He possessed so many skills and previous knowledge and had no problem passing it along to his fellow friends. He was always willing to lend a hand and pick up the slack, and for that, he will always be remembered by me, his brothers, his friends, and most importantly his family.

All the good things I could say about Harold wouldn't fit on this page. I do know that you could not have asked for a better guy as a firefighter, handyman, and most importantly, a friend. Harold's absence will be sorely noticed for a long long time at SFD. He gave so much and asked nothing in return. It will not be easy saying goodbye to our Brother, but we will give him the best send off we can, one he deserves by his buddies at SFD. God Bless you and we salute you, Captain Harold Bell. May you rest in peace.
