I will always remember Phyllis, Bobby, and Jake serving us candy at the store when I was a kid. It was the highlight of the day and made the trip home on the bus a lot better! And I'll remember Phyllis for her contributions to the Smethport Fire Department, as indeed her family has over 4 generations, starting with Fred Milroy. Phyllis was one of the sweetest people I know, and I'll always smile when I think of her :-).
