No words can express my deepest sympathy. I called her on her birthday to sing happy birthday to her, just to find out she had passed away, I feel terrible I was not notified. My best to all of you and God Bless you all.
Aunt Gert was my favorite aunt. I loved her laughter. She was always a happy one. But when she lost her temper, watch out! She and Uncle Ramsy were made for each other. They were always laughing and joking around. My memories are nice ones. I will miss her deeply. God Bless.
My fond memories of Gert were mostly church related. She had a wonderful sense of humor. She was a faithful christian lady and once wrote me a note for being attentive to her during an illness she had. I have saved it. She was a great fun lady not afraid to speak her mind....
