Dorothy stayed with my sisters (Rose Mary, Alice and Ruth) and I when we lived in Inlet and Mom was working at hotel/restaurant/bar next door. As a kid, it was a great adventure, being in a new place with lots of opportunities to go fishing and explore -- and with a favorite cousin (Dorothy) there also. We didn't know it at the time, but having her watch us kids while Mom worked is probably what kept Mom and the girls and I together.
